It is a wonderful time to be alive! It is a period of incredible information, technology, and strife. There is so much to learn. Learning is not the hard part. The difficult part is learning how to unlearn, as I have written in a previous blog, Why is Unlearning so Difficult?.  The more I learn the more I realize how small I am and how much bigger this plane of existence really is.

Recovery, or shadow work, is just one of many ways in which people begin to become conscious. It usually begins with a life crisis. Consciousness is simply to begin to think about what you are thinking about. For example, how do you make your heartbeat? Are you the beater of your heart? Are you able to start or stop your digestive system?  Further, are you really thinking your own thoughts? For the most part, you probably are. But have you ever experienced thoughts you have never thought or are not in your nature?  Of course, you have. We all have. Science has shown that thoughts do not come from your physical brain but from your spiritual mind. Does your arm know its armness? Does your leg know its legness? Therefore, can your brain know its brainness? There is something greater than your brain.

Step 11 states, “Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, prayer only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.” Conscious contact with God, Higher Power, Source, or Christ begins to happen as you heal the fractured parts of yourself, forgive yourself and others, and your emotional frequency and vibration become higher as a result.

We are learning we are not just our physical body that our soul finds itself in. Ego has us convinced that we are this body, our job title, a man, woman, father, mother, our negative emotions, memories, offenses and hurts done to us, but we are so much more. We have had to unlearn beliefs we thought were true about our education, government, religion, family and professional relationships, science, money and even God himself. It has taken tremendous courage to unlearn.

Unlearning is the key to the lock. We use it to Unlock the door to this new information that has always been there that we just could not see. Why could we not see it? We have seen everything through the lenses of shame, guilt, humiliation, fear, anger, and anxiety. As we now are willing to unlearn, we are now at a higher vibration and frequency looking at life with new glasses and can see what we could not see before. Have you ever read a book or a religious passage of scripture, then a year later reread the book and receive something different or deeper from it?  This is how and why.

Now you can Understand or have a deeper, clearer understanding of what is true versus what is false. For me, it started slowly and not very often, but now it happens daily. It is like a question or a missing puzzle piece in my soul. The information is so true and fits perfectly. I know what I just learned is true. No one can take it away from me or convince me otherwise. The understanding gives individuals so much peace and connects many dots to other parts of their life story.

At first, this may feel very Unfamiliar. As we have learned from Dr. Joe Dispenza, people will choose the familiar over the unfamiliar because that is what the ego, body, or our addiction to familiar negative victim emotions desires. It will take work to begin to become comfortable and okay with not being okay with these new unfamiliar and positive healing emotions and thoughts.

The more familiar we become with the unfamiliar we become Uncommon. We begin to stand out and become the black sheep. We are awake. We begin to realize that we do not want to be common anymore. Egoic attachments to money, things, and stuff are far less important to us. We are no longer codependent, trying to make everyone happy and comfortable. Happiness and joy are not out there but in here, inside yourself.  We are not satisfied with the status quo. We are hungry for more freedom, so we take more risk.

Life is brighter and full of joy, love, and serenity. We want to begin to share it with others, as it is too good to keep just for ourselves. We share our recovery story and make amends with those we have harmed. It feels better to quickly let go of bitterness and resentment rather than live with a heart at war, always angry and offended. To live that way is not even desirable anymore. We are not a part of the program anymore to choose a side to be “right” or “wrong”. We do not desire to be a part of the fear-driven media machine or right versus left, Democrat versus Republican, men versus women, or blacks versus whites. We now choose love with boundaries.

We are now entering the Unknown. Dispenza refers to this as the Quantum. You can call it heaven, realm, love, or positive energy. Christ called it the Kingdom that is in us all. It is all the same word. Now we have brain and heart coherence. The brain with the mind creates an electric field. The heart creates the magnetic field. They are now working together, centered and in alignment like a laser which before was fragmented, weak, and ineffective. Much like an electric motor has electric and magnetic parts that work together creating tremendous power, your body is the same. We live in an electromagnetic world.

Now instead of putting out negative thoughts and emotions into the Quantum field and receiving more of the same back (some call this Karma or the law of reaping and sowing), you are now sending out positive thoughts and emotions out into the Quantum. Blessings of love, healing/health, abundance, wealth, and new opportunities are coming back to you with little effort. We have moved from living in lack, fear, survival, and victim into victor. Now we have the energy to create tremendous abundance.  A new and healthier flow of energy is occurring.

We are now becoming Unlimited, unlimited to become the supernatural man or woman we were always created to be. I tell my children and my clients if you want to know the truth about life and your unlimited powers, go watch a Marvel movie. If you want to stay in fear, trapped, and limited in the matrix keep watching and listening to the news. There is a divine spark in each of us that the world we are in has tried to prevent us from discovering.

Like I stated at the beginning of this blog, it is wonderful time to be alive. It is in the suffering where we learn and grow the most. Great things are happening, and ever greater things are to come. Like a video game, you cannot jump or skip levels. (Cheat codes come with a price). You cannot decide to be unlimited or try to cheat by using drugs or having someone do it for you.  You must do the work yourself. By the way, with each new level is a new devil and challenges or fears you will need to overcome within yourself.

The process at the next level starts all over again.

  1. Unlearn
  2. Unlock
  3. Understand
  4. Unfamiliar
  5. Uncommon
  6. Unknown
  7. Unlimited

Enjoy the journey.
