We have learned through our Fear and Love Blog Series that emotions carry different frequency and vibration regarding Schumann Resonance. As a therapist, I am always reading, writing, and brainstorming how to do recovery and counseling better.

How do I take complex things and make them simple to understand?  As a student of learning and a teacher who helps others, I have found stories and acronyms are very helpful in remembering new information.

One of the acronyms I use is F-L-A-G, which stands for forgiveness, love, abundance and gratitude.  This is not only about others; but more importantly, it starts with the person in the mirror.

Forgiveness

I have written extensively about forgiveness and its connection to being offended, which is linked to resentment and all addictions. If you have not read the blog series, Forgiveness what the Hell is it, take some time to do so.

First, begin your day, every day, by forgiving yourself for your mistakes and defects of character from the previous day.

Second, begin your day by forgiving others for the ways they have hurt you from the previous day.

Love

Next, make a mental or written list of 3-5 things you like love and appreciate about yourself.

Second, make a list of 3-5 things you like, love, or appreciate about two other people in your life.

Abundance

For me, abundance came months later after practicing FLG. I added “A” for abundance later. You will need to practice the others three first, as this will change your frequency above the threshold of the 200 mark out of fear and force to love and power.

Gratitude

The third step in your new daily morning routine will be to practice gratitude.  Dr. Dispenza states over and over that “gratitude is the emotion of receivership.”  Each morning list 3 things you are grateful for.  They do not have to be big things.  Small things, such as a bed to sleep in, your clothing, fingers and toes that work, eyes to see, a family, or specific people by name.  You get the point.

Begin to show and feel gratitude for the things you have not even received yet, such as a new job, a raise, better health, or restored relationships. When you do this, your life will begin to change dramatically, as your focus is changing from fear into love.

What you focus is what this world of frequency and vibration thinks you want more of, so there is a scientific reason why bad things continue to happen to you. It reinforces more negative experiences, so it is trying to “help” give you the things you want more of.

Most of my clients live their daily life in shame, which measures at a frequency of 20. Guilt measures at 30, fear at 100, and anger or hate at 150. When we live in this fear-based state, this what I call victim or survival.  When we are in this state, victory, success, and creativity is very difficult. Once you begin to raise your emotional frequency, you move from victim to victor and from survival to creator.

When I started practicing FLAG in my own life about two years ago, I was not aware of Schumann Resonance. What is so interesting is that forgiveness scores at 350!  Love scores at 500, and gratitude is higher than joy at 540!

Now, some people are very stuck and will not practice or try any of this for a day – let alone 30 days. They are so addicted to their negative emotions, which is fine.  But even if you would just be willing, you will begin to change your life.  Willingness measures at 310, which is well above 200.  Are you getting this?  Take a risk and just be willing.

As you grow in this practice on a daily basis, journal your thoughts and feelings. Even simply make the mental decision before getting out of bed to do these four things and see what happens. Begin to wave your FLAG every day for yourself first and others second.

Record and share with others your progress. You are worth it!
