In our last blog post, we began to understand the meaning of the word relax. In this blog, we are going connect the dots to discuss how addiction to time and our inability to relax affects our freedom to have intimacy with our partner. There is a difference between love, romance, and sexual polarity. This will give you an understanding of what sexual polarity is as well as why it is important in sustaining a healthy relationship.

Think of sexual polarity as two magnets: one with a negative/feminine polarity and the other with a positive/masculine polarity. The magnets will be strongly attracted to each other. It is like an electrical circuit, an exchange of energy between the two. When a couple orgasms, or he ejaculates, that electrical circuit is blown. Generally, men become sleepy and want to turn over and fall asleep. Research has shown it can take the male body 3 months to replenish the vitamins and minerals lost in one ejaculation.

The feminine orgasm may feel unfilled, wanting more and may be dissatisfied, depending on if her heart was touched deeply by her man, which mostly like it was not. Sexual polarity is now neutralized, and the magnets are now repelled by the other. The battery is now drained. The next morning the couple feels disconnected and distant from each other. What is going on?

In the previous blog, I mentioned how sex is often rushed and hurried but should and can last hours, not just minutes, as well as the fact that men can have sex without ejaculating.

The difference between depleting ejaculations and orgasms and rejuvenating internal ejaculations and orgasms can be the difference between the life and death of the relationship.

Learning new things is easy but unlearning old habitual patterns of the autonomic nervous system is difficult.

Did you Know?

  1. Men can have internal rejuvenating orgasms of the spine, brain and body without ejaculating?
  2. Women can experience three types of orgasms: clitoral, vaginal, and cervical?
  3. Ejaculation and clitoral orgasm should not be the goal.
  4. Time should not dictate sexual intimacy in the bedroom.
  5. Both, men and women, most often breath incorrectly during sex.
  6. Practicing meditation and breath work together increases sexual polarity.
  7. Learning how to inhale and exhale properly can increase sexual polarity.
  8. Different parts of your body have different negative and positive charges.
  9. There is importance and energetic power in your tongue.
  10. During sex men and women alike most often have a tendency to tighten their bodies and hold their breath.
  11. Tight and thrusting sex can actually cause trauma to the penis and vagina.
  12. You can experience resting, relaxing, dissolving, vibrating, buzzing internal, rejuvenating, electric sex.
  13. Deep relaxed contact between the penis and vagina can be beneficial to heal sexual traumas.
  14. Deep contact between the penis and vagina share an electrical charge.
  15. You can both learn how to circulate your energy between each other during sex.
  16. The sexual experience is the most powerful spiritual experience to connect with God.
  17. The sexual experience is the most powerful time to create and manifest what you desire.

What if enlightened sacred sex was meant to be the ultimate spiritual connection to God, Source, All, Spirit, and bliss? But we have been so programmed and enslaved by the beliefs that sex is “bad, dirty, unholy,” when it is the most holy experience of the masculine and feminine polarized frequencies, which have always been to connect us to loves energetic bliss or even God itself.

The loss of sexual polarity among couples cost the planet economically is beyond comprehension directly and indirectly.  What has divorce, separation, fear, disconnection, isolation cost us through people we love, broken hearts, suicides, mental and emotional health, physical sickness, war and death?

We have been so programmed by our addiction to time and controlled by deadlines to perform that thinking to do otherwise is costing us time and the ability to make money. When what is true is actually the inability to connect spiritually to our partner and with God. It is impacting our ability to love, heal, be free, and even be more creative and powerful than we can even imagine.

Next week, we will look at more specific examples of the feminine and masculine sexual polarities.
