“Fear makes strangers of people who would be friends” – Shirley Maclaine
In part one, we discussed how a population that is in fear is most likely weak and sick. A population that is sick or even being told to BELIEVE they are sick OR could get sick is a controlled population.
Here are some acronyms I often share with my clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, and fear. As you read them, which ones jump out at you? Which ones do you resonate with?
F.E.A.R. is:
- False Evidence Appearing Real
- Forget Everything and Run
- Faith Exiting and Retreating
- Fantasy Excluding All Reality
- Famine Eating All Rations
- Facts Emotions All Revolving
- Fast Energy Acting Reactively
- Forever Escaping and Retreating
Fear is also linked to lack, scarcity, not having enough, and getting yours before it’s gone. As we have discussed in the ego blog series, ego is all about fear, lack, and disconnection.
Marianne Williamson writes in Return to Love, “Disease is love turned into fear—our own energy, meant to sustain us, turned against ourselves… Our job is not to kill disease but to turn its energy back in the direction it came from—to turn fear back into love.”
Wait, what? Disease is love turned into fear? Did you get that? Could it be that our own energy, which is meant to sustain us, is being turned against us, which can also make us sick and dis-eased? Most people who struggle with anxiety and depression are most likely controlled by fear, fear of the future or shame and guilt of the past.
What is it that those who are pushing all this fear are fearing themselves? Could it be that they fear you and me – our energy, light, frequency, and power that is in all of us? What would happen if we turned fear back into love? The opposite of disease then would then be health and wellbeing.
As we will learn in the weeks to come, fear carries a low electromagnetic frequency. We will learn how it is connected to dis-ease, sickness, and disconnection.
Wasn’t the year 2020 an interesting year? People struggling with anxiety, depression, and isolation skyrocketed. Suicide and mental health issues, divorce rates, and domestic violence also increased. I believe that this is all connected to fear.
There is enormous amount fear that television programs are pushing. Think about that. The television is telling-a-vision via a program. You are being programed what to think and feel about everything and everyone.
Do you find yourself struggling with more fear, anxiety, and depression since 2020? So how much time and attention do you give the television, radio news stories or print, and social media? How much time do you then spend thinking about what you just read or watched? How do your fear-based thoughts create fear-based emotions which then turn into fear-based behavior?
So, if fear is a lie, why am I continuing to live like this and believe the things I am being told are true…that are not even true? If I learned this and fear-based information is always a lie which now controls what I think, feel, and do; then this information and the source of the information is making me a prisoner. Therefore, I can unlearn these things and set myself free by giving my time and attention to truth.
In the words of author and filmmaker Michael Crichton, “Social control is best managed through fear.” Who is Mr. Crichton you ask? Look him up and do your own research. He knows a thing or two about how to impact hundreds of millions of people with his books and films.
Begin to set yourself free today. I challenge you to practice the following steps for the next 30 days. Take time to journal your thoughts and feelings each day. Take a physical picture or video of yourself at day one and then again at day 30. For the next 30 days, follow these steps:
- Step 1 – Disconnect and shut off the television, radio, social media and print, especially any and all news outlets. Limit your time and attention with all things artificial and technology related.
- Step 2 – Connect or reconnect with the natural and get outside with those you love and those who give you life. Get IN nature by walking in the grass and dirt with your shoes off. Do something fun that you used to do or have never done before, such as biking, climbing, hiking, frisbee, walking, swimming, camping, boating, kayaking, surfing, yoga, or just get outside into the sunlight, sit and read a book. You get the idea.
- Step 3 – Disconnect from all toxic people and codependent relationships by setting boundaries and saying “no.” This may even mean friends and family who zap your time and energy or who are not life giving.
- Step 4 – Connect with your Higher Power, God, Jesus, Source, All, Spirit, Higher Self; or whatever you call it through prayer, mediation, reflection, journaling, or reading.
If you continue to have problems with fear, depression, anxiety, or addictions; seek professional help.
